Summary: Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming! They were quick to get us a room and very accommodating! The hotel is comfortable and clean and has great ammenities. We will stay again!

Summary: The staff was excellent. Savanah has its charm. However, the building is a bit outdated, and the room had its issues.

Summary: The room seemed like an after thought, small and cramped. The shower water puddled all over bathroom floor. Our window looked right the wall of the elevators, couldnt have the curtain open as people are looking right into the room from elevators. Therefore room was very dark. The carpet was absolutely disgusting, it felt greasy and then with dirt, our feet felt nasty.

Summary: The hotel was great for what it was, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and following evacuation procedures we were met at the front desk by an upset associate to told us to go back to our rooms. Other than that the stay was okay.

Summary: Great location. We normally do not stay at Hyatts, but we did because of the location. It’s definitely worn, dated. Strong chlorine smell in the gym.

Summary: We chose to stay here for our 20th anniversary celebration. Our kids found where we were staying and arranged with the hotel to make sure a dozen red roses, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries were in the room waiting for our arrival. Our room was on the top floor where there was a rooftop patio, it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The room came with welcome drinks, and we were presented with an anniversary discount coupon for a meal in the attached restaurant and in their hotel store. The grounds around the hotel were clean and well manicured, and the hotel was central to the historic area of Savannah. The staff was friendly and helpful - everything you would expect for a hotel in this class.
